Do you deliver?
Yes we sure do!
Delivery is usually available but you will need to check with us that your date and time is available.

Wedding delivery and setup is individually quoted.
What payment methods do you accept and when I do I need to pay?
We prefer bank transfer however we do have a card machine should you need it.
Orders under $40 can be paid in cash on collection.

For orders over $50 we require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your order, the remainder then needs to be paid the week of the order.

For orders $50 and under the full amount must be paid on booking.
​
If you have paid a non refundable deposit and need to cancel your order we can move the deposit to a future order within 6 months.
How far in advance should I order?
We suggest ordering at least a month in advance for custom cakes and 2 weeks in advance for dessert boxes, cupcakes etc.
Can I contact you by phone?
We are a one person team and often work irregular hours, so it is best to contact us via our social media or email. If you have a few questions to ask we can arrange a phone call.

Do you make allergy and dietary requirement friendly cakes?
Yes, we do.
We can make vegan, gluten free, nut free, dairy free cakes and more.

We do however have to point out that all cakes are made in a kitchen that handles all allergens and while we try our best there is always a small risk of cross contamination.
Can I place a special order?
Yes of course, we do take orders for more than what is on our website. Simply send us a message on social media, email us or fill out our contact form and we will be touch.
